Cordalia is a legend among certain pockets of the Ala Mhigan resistance for her actions during the Liberation. For the most part, she ran supply missions in hostile airspace, but also executed close-fire missions and extractions for frontline combatants.War Hero. War Criminal.
Similarly, Cordalia is wanted in a number of places throughout the world for her crimes. In the Holy See, she is wanted for piracy. In Garlemald, for war crimes. She's not technically wanted in La Noscea, but the Maelstrom doesn't like keeping her around.
